  • Language and Composition: The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed mutually or by the designated arbitral institution. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
  • Enforceability: The arbitral award shall be final, binding on both parties, and enforceable globally under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
